Who exactly are we?

Firstly, we are not some big and faceless financial institution!

My name is John McKay and I manage my business with help from my wife, Sharon. We are dedicated to building and managing our property portfolio, which will one day pass to our daughter Hannah. We see property investment as a long-term strategy and at the time of writing this, we have not sold a single one of our investments. There will be other investors that turn their backs on property when the going gets tough, but not us. This business is like any other and the committed owner has to take the rough with the smooth.

We live in St Ives in Cambridgeshire and not surprisingly a great part of our portfolio is local to us. We would however welcome any opportunity around the country and abroad too.
